Brian Bilger joined the Hendricks County Economic Development Partnership (HCEDP) as the Executive Director in August of 2020.
Brian has over 20 years of economic development experience in Ohio, Michigan, and Indiana. He previously was Senior Business Development Representative for the Detroit Regional Chamber/Detroit Regional Partnership. He also served as the Project Manager for the Regional Growth Partnership/JobsOhio, based in Toledo, Ohio, as well as the Economic Development Manager of Lucas County, also in Toledo.
Brian graduated from the University of Toledo with a bachelor’s
degree in business administration. He is also a graduate of Heidelberg College, holding a master’s degree in business administration.
Joe Jasin is a graduate of Indiana University in nonprofit and public management, and Anderson University for his MBA. Having worked in the private, nonprofit, and public sectors, he brings experience from many disciples into the project coordinator position. With a passion for business and community development, he’s excited to work with HCEDP to improve the lives of those living in Hendricks county. As he’s new to the county, feel free to contact him to welcome him into the team or recommend your favorite places to experience in the county.
