Jennifer Chamberlin
Executive Director
An economic development and market intelligence leader with a passion for helping communities and businesses grow, throughout her career she has worked at the intersection of public service, private investment, and data-driven strategy, bringing together market research, economic analysis, and collaborative leadership to support informed decision-making and long-term growth.
Jennifer’s experience spans local government planning and economic development, national retail/shopping center real estate with Simon Property Group, and multifamily development with Thompson Thrift. Together, these roles have given her a unique perspective on how companies evaluate investment opportunities and how communities can position themselves for sustainable economic success.
Jennifer believes the best decisions are grounded in data, strengthened through partnerships, and focused on creating lasting value. Whether supporting business retention and expansion, evaluating market opportunities, or communicating complex information to executive leadership and boards, she enjoys turning insights into action.
Joe Jasin
Deputy Director
Joe Jasin is a graduate of Indiana University in nonprofit and public management, and Anderson University for his MBA. Having worked in the private, nonprofit, and public sectors, he brings experience from many disciples into the project coordinator position. With a passion for business and community development, he’s excited to work with HCEDP to improve the lives of those living in Hendricks county.
