John Taylor
Interim Director
With over 35 years of Economic Development experience and 7.5 as the Economic Development Director for the Town of Avon.
In his time at Avon, helped drive nearly $1 billion is assessed value and $300 million in construction value.
He has brought creativity, a deep sense of hospitality, and unwavering belief in people to his roles and leads the organization with a focus on building strong relationships with the community. He works to build the organization further and leave it a place future Directors are proud to step into.
Joe Jasin
Project Manager
Joe Jasin is a graduate of Indiana University in nonprofit and public management, and Anderson University for his MBA. Having worked in the private, nonprofit, and public sectors, he brings experience from many disciples into the project coordinator position. With a passion for business and community development, he’s excited to work with HCEDP to improve the lives of those living in Hendricks county. As he’s new to the county, feel free to contact him to welcome him into the team or recommend your favorite places to experience in the county.
